“Had a broken lock just before Christmas & was stuck outside with a small child. He was the only locksmith willing to squeeze us in. He came as quickly as he could, getting to us within an hour. He efficiently fixed the problem & was able to replace the locking mechanism there & then, without having to order any parts. He was able to offer useful advise. Great customer service. I would call again without hesitation, highly recommended.”

“We emailed and had a helpful response, then rang to arrange a visit. Kevin was on time (despite horrendous traffic) and was polite and professional. When he looked into it, the job was a bit more complex as doors were already damaged, but he was happy to fix the whole thing for a minimal extra payment.
